ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Teaching. Centers are responsible for ensuring that this qualification is appropriate for the age and ability of learners.

  • This qualification is intended for individuals aged 19 years and above.
  • Admission is based on individual interviews and assessments.
  • Applicants need to demonstrate the potential to study at minimum academic Level 5 of study
  • Applicants need relevant qualifications or experience for their intended teaching subject.
  • Minimum 100 hours of teaching practice, including group work, necessary.

The Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training comprises 12 units. Learners are required to complete all mandatory units, accumulating 75 credits, and then select a minimum of 45 credits from the optional units. The learner must complete a minimum of 100 hours of teaching practice.

The assessments for all units are conducted through Coursework/Practical Demonstration/Assignment-based evaluations rather than formal examinations with grading scales of Pass/Merit/Distinction. This vocational qualification facilitates learners’ career progression, in line with QUALIFI’s commitment to appropriate assessment methods. The Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is structured as a self-paced program, typically completed within an average timeframe of 10-12 months.   • Option (a): Pay AED 9360 (upfront) for a 10% bursary on the total fee.
  • Option (b): Pay AED 3880 (upfront) for a 5% bursary on the total fee with 3 installments of AED 2000.
  • Option (c): Pay AED 2400 (upfront) and then 5 monthly installments of AED 1600.
